The following terms and conditions (referred to as "License Terms" hereafter) govern the non-exclusive rights granted to authorized users for using Intellect Markets' product(s)/service(s) ("REPORT") in any form. By placing an order, whether as an individual or on behalf of an organization, you ("you") agree to be bound by these License Terms. They become effective upon the delivery of Intellect Markets' products, including research reports, survey data, company profiles, custom research services, and other proprietary products, or consulting assignments by Intellect Markets or its authorized distributors. These License Terms supersede any prior agreements related to previous versions of the product/service.
With the "Single-User License," Intellect Markets grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to an individual ("you") for accessing the report electronically or online. The right to store, display, use, or retain the report is limited to a single authorized computer. The single user license is intended for the exclusive use of the individual specified in the License Terms. Any individual representing an organization is prohibited from accessing Intellect Markets' products/services, as specified in the License Terms. Any breach of these terms may result in a violation of applicable laws in the United States, India, or the jurisdiction of purchase. The products and services offered by Intellect Markets are intellectual property protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws. With the "Multi-User License," Intellect Markets grants up to five non-transferable, non-exclusive machine-readable licenses for accessing the report electronically or online. The right to store, transfer, display, use, or retain the report is limited to five authorized users. Only an individual representing an organization or the organization itself may purchase the Five-User License. Authorized users may print additional copies of the report for distribution among personnel within their company. You are strictly prohibited from:
With the "Corporate User License," Intellect Markets grants a global, non-transferable, non-exclusive machine-readable license for accessing the report electronically or online within the organization and/or its subsidiaries. Authorized users within the organization or its subsidiaries have complete rights to store, display, transfer, and use the report. Authorized users may create unlimited printed copies of the report for distribution among their employees. You are strictly prohibited from:
All material and data available on Intellect Markets' website and within research reports, including text, graphics, images, statistics, audio clips, video material, insights, analysis, and other content, are the sole property of Intellect Markets and are protected by international copyright laws. Content on Intellect Markets' website and research reports is the exclusive property of the company and is protected by international copyright laws. Software and technological tools used by Intellect Markets on its website and within its products are also the sole property of Intellect Markets. By communicating with us or engaging in business transactions, you agree not to share any form of content, tool, software, data, graphics, images, audio, video, or other Intellect Markets' property in whole or in part with any third party, unless written permission is obtained from Intellect Markets. The company reserves the right to take action, within its own powers or through legal means, in cases of discrepancies found with customers.
Intellect Markets is a market research company, and our products are both standardized and personalized. In either case, we process orders strictly after receiving payment. We do not encourage any balance in payment for orders. Once payment is made, please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for us to process the order. A digital copy of the report will be provided via email, while physical copies can be mailed separately upon request and billed separately. Delivery times may vary based on location and time zone.
